Stratford Career Institute is a good choice for learning all that you can about a particular career. I haven't personally taken their cosmetology course, but their other courses have been very helpful to me! You get a career diploma when you graduate, so if you are looking to get certified, you will probably have to continue your education. But I'm sure it's a great place to start. Best of luck to you!
