  1. it can be

if you go for a 6"wheat bread sub, specially with veggie delight and don't opt for calorie laden mayos or dressings

and go easy with the drink, best choose a small juice, and if your having a dessert have a limit, like one oatmeal and raisin cookie or one white choco macademia cookie

  2. yes it is,,it helped me,,

  3. Depends what you mean by healthy.  It's healthier than a McDonalds, but the salad always looks limp to me.  I guess if you have a Veggie with no sauce/cheese on brown bread it's healthy(ish)

  4. Flatulence : An emergency vehicle that transports patients to the hospital after being squashed by a steamroller

  5. Nope!!!! I used to work there and firstly the bread........ that much bread is not good for you. The meat is reconsituted gunk. The salad stuff is usually good but then most people pour two tonnes of mayonaise all over their sandwich! It's better for you than KFC, PIzza Hut and Mac's but still, not the best.

  6. as long as you leave off the condiments, yes it is healthy.

  7. its better than McDonald's , KC wimpy , or fish and chips

  8. I think so, I'd be more afraid of insects on the food

  9. NO"!

The veg is over sized. Everything there is mass produced, fertilized with pesticide

  10. I have heard it is healthier than some.  I don't care for their sandwichs but only because they seem, "too much bread, not enough stuff in between".

  11. I won't go there any more, my local one only sells products made from halal  meat, so no bacon ,ham etc. I used to call regularly for a Friday take away sandwich tea!

  12. yeah, pretty much. Better than McD's.

  13. choose wisely ....................... Then you can have healthy or not !

  14. Its healthier and better then KFC

  15. Yes and no. Subway isn't over loaded with fat and oil like most take-away foods, however it doesn't contain many "healthy" nutrients in it's food. Lettuce and carrot come pre-packaged so their usually de-hydrated and the bread arrives in frozen logs containing many additives, (written on their boxes) including wheat.

  16. Yes. It may not be extremely healthy (although I'm not certain) but it's probably one of the healthiest fast food services around. It's better than McDonalds, Burger King, and all the other things like that. Plus, at Subway you can see your food infront of you so you can be certain that there's nothing "unwanted" going in. You also know it's fresh.

  17. i dont think so, but i guess it is healthier than say macdonalds

  18. yea its healthy. They ask you about what you want on it, but they do it for everything on the sandwich.

  19. yeah

  20. Yes it is a lot healthier than mcdonalds but it really depends what you have on it!!!

  21. Yes, if you make it certain ways it can be very healthy.  Like use turkey, wheat bread, veggies.  Dont include cheese and sauces like ranch or mayo.  That makes it more unhealthy.
