  1. It can be. Just don't add like a ton of cheese or stuff. Also, adding a bag of doritos won't help.

  2. everything is healthy if you know what to order/do

  3. Yes. Subway is a healthy fast food restaurant.

  4. the bacon is fat , so if you realy want to be more into health id drope that part , and the ranch onless it is fat free is bad also, i always take ham or turky with cheese because i cant live with out it , but i only put something fat free on it

  5. the bread itself already got fat...eeeeeee!!

  6. subway is not as healthy as people think read the disclaimers. when they say 7 subs under 6 grams of fat the fine print states that is without cheese, mayo, dressing, etc. basically just bread and veggies. all the dressings are high in fat as is the cheese, the buns are jam packed with preservatives, and the dressings are often outdated, occasionally even rancid. i won't eat there, knew people that worked there and got **** for throwing away rancid dresssing. also had mouldy bread once thats when i quit eating there.

  7. in terms of any food you could eat, subway is certainly not the worst but also not very close to the best. most of their meats and cheeses are processed. vegetables are obviously good for you, though would be better for you if they were organic. their bread is probably not great for you, given that it too is obviously not organic or even all natural. some kinds are mostly composed of refined carbohydrates and preservatives. the wheat or honey oat bread are the best since they're whole wheat and have the most fiber.

probably the healthiest choice at subway would be something like turkey (has the least amount of sodium, though still a lot) on wheat with a good amount of vegetables and easy on the dressings (many of which are largely composed of hydrogenated oils)

  8. 6 inch honeyoat with tuna, toasted, with everything but spicey stuff and no vinegar or any of that c**p. Awesome.

  9. yes it is bad for you. bacon is nothing but calories and bad fat, and ranch is nothing but calories and fat. when trying to eat good keep things simple. honey oat is the best bread because it has the most amount of dietary fiber which is what you want in carbohydrates. the turkey or chicken is the best options because it is lean meat, high in protein and low in fat. mustard has like 5 calories compared to mayonaise which has like 150-200 of pure fat calories. so i pile up on the mustard. and i load up on the vegetables. if you have to get mayo get "lite mayo" they have it as an option there you just have to ask for it. i get vinegar and no oil, the oil is so bad for you and has so much fat it's rediculous. oh and slat and pepper. and as a side note i wouldn't eat there everyday because it is really high in sodium. oh and cheese in general not just at subway is very high in saturated fat. when eating any dairy products it's best to choose nonfat because saturated fats are really bad for you and is hard for your body to break up so ends up storing in your body instead of being burned.

"If it tastes too good to be true.. it probably is"

  10. No never and always not - but sometimes t is ok to eat there - I love you.

  11. In most cases, cream based salad dressings are not the best choices when trying to eat healthily.
