Mats will make his announcement next Thursday. He will accept Toronto's two year offer of $14MM. He will thank Montreal and Vancouver and every one else for their interest but he is just so happy with his shack in Toronto that he doesn't want to move.

BTW the market value of said shack is more than Vancouver offered for one year of that offer.
