Is Super Smash Brawl worth just a Wii purcase?

Is this game really worth to buy the system alone?Or are there other games that are better/or needed to buy altogher.Help me please.

I sat down with this, and I didnt sit more than 1 hour with the game. ( I loved the GC smash brothers, btw ). It just... wasn't that fun, even with people. I had more fun with Wii sports, and thats saying a lot.

Well it all depends on if you like Super Smash Bros.

If you don't like it then it is not worth the purchase of the wii.

If you like it a little, it is worth the purchase of the wii.

If you like it a lot it is definitely worth the purchase of the wii.

Super smash brothers brawl is one of the best games ever created by nintendo. And the best game ever since gamecube came out.

There is so much to do and so many things you can unlock that it literally gives you dozens and dozens of hours of gameplay.

With the new included adventure mode, even more fun can be had.

You  can do things like boss battles, multiman brawl, event challenges, and homerun contests with another friend.

The only thing that isn't 2 player in the game are the classic mode where you face stages and have to kill the opponent with a preset number of lives and break the targets.

Other than that, everything is 2 player or more (including the adventure mode)

Just unlocking the characters is a lot of fun but when they include the collecting of stickers and trophies, it just adds to the fun.

Going online is fun too. But of coarse, if you have a weak internet than there will be a lot of lag.

You can also do things like homerun contest, and multiman brawl over Nintendo WFC too.

If you liked melee you will love this game. It has everything melee had but just a ton more features, characters, stages and items.

This game is definitely the best in the franchise and the only thing that can top it is the next one that comes out.

Yes

Especially if you played Meelee a lot.

Brawl is like 2 games in one with great single player challenges and arguably the best multi player game in a party or with a friend.

And the wii already comes with a great game (wii sports)

even though it's not worth that much it's still really good.

And you're probably gonna get wii play too since it comes with a wii mote.

So it's pretty good value

and if you already have gamecube controllers then you can use that to play Brawl too.

Because of the amount of content Brawl has, it's worth much more than it costs.

With the stages, trophies, characters, subspace, events and challenges it's VERY good value.

no single game is worth that much money

but I have a friend that bought a Wii JUST for SSBB and Metroid Prime 3, lol

if you want other games, the "big 3" are your best options: Super Mario Galaxy, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Metroid Prime 3.

No console is worth buying for one game, Super Smash Bros Brawl is a great game, but there is alot more good games that are out on the Wii and coming out on the Wii.

It is and at the same time it's not,

I love that game myself but it's not like you can play the same game for the rest of your life (I know that there are some exceptions), but can you?

I bought my Wii because I wanted to play Pokemon, but then I got bored of it the next day, luckily there was Wii sports and after time I found better games like Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Bleach.

I also bought a gamecube game.

So don't worry, you have loads of options, plus you'll find new games nearly everyday!
