Is Swahili a particularly difficult language to learn?

The African children learn to speak it as soon as they are 1 year old! so, it shouldn't be "particularly" more difficult to learn than any other language in the world.

In a way it is hard to learn, especially the grammar. The upside of learning Swahili is that its a very phonetic language. Just by reading the text you will get a pretty good pronunciation.

Swahili is in fact easy to learn. Have you ever been to a Swahili speaking country? Well Kenya is the best ....Especially in Mombasa.

Tanzania is also Very good.

You know they say, if you want to learn a foreign language,the best place to do that is to go to that particular land where they speak it.

I have tried to learn it, and I didnt find it too difficult.

The numbers are similar to the arabic ones, and it is quite fun to study
