Is TFC available on Comcast?

I wanted to know if Comcast offers TFC the filipino channel. My zip code is 08824. Is filipino Demand the same thing as TFC? How do you get tfc

you should try your provider if they have tfc first. I have direct tv here in Los Angeles. so i can watch Game Ka Na Ba Game Na. lol and Wowoweee!!!
