It will make it's way into that area during the day today (19th).  It will be a weakening tropical storm, but there will likely be some areas of heavy rain with the possibility of an isolated tornado or two...mainly this morning.

I believe, from the projection I am seeing on Weather Channel, it will come between Central and Eastern Florida, so I'd say yes.
