Depends on where you go because every taco bell is different...and never go past 8 o clock cuz who knows how long they keep old meat out

well...its better to eat fresh. the more you process foods the harder it is for your body to digest. i would say eat fresh, but going there every once and a while is not that bad for you.

They use Grade D meat..........not too good

my friends dad is a health inspector for food places and he went to taco bell and there were rats running around the kitchen. he said if you want taco bell go to taco bueno

I've heard that Taco Bell uses a lower grade of meat than other fast food chains. Something like F or D. Taco Bell actually isn't allowed to operate in my city because we have a grade of meat that all restaurants have to meet and they don't.

So yeah, it's probably not that good.

All meat is bad.  High in cholesterol, saturated fats, toxins, too much protein...heat-clogging trans fats, etc, etc.

My teacher said his wife's brother is a health inspector (or something like that, my teacher said this 2 years ago), and that he said Taco Bell's meat is the closest you can get to feeding dog food to people....
