Is Tampa Bay going to get a baad hit by hurricane fay?

According to the latest info from the National Hurricane Center, Fay will pass close to Tampa on Tuesday, but it's full effects may not be felt in Tampa so much as other places in Central Florida.  Tampa will get some rain and gusty winds but perhaps not the brunt of the storm.
