It is an actual card...

in Japan they brought out a Yugi deck and Valon deck with the Seal of Orichelcos and all of Valon's Armor Cards....

Yughi's is just a basic deck with Magician's in it

No, it's an anime only card. Take a look on the link Card Rancher gave.

Its a real card but its not legal. It is just like the god cards, you can have one but dont expect to use it in a real duel.
