Is The Ultimate Backstage Book a scam?

Some people have told me not to get it because it is a scam. Is this true?

That book is nothing but a scam...Tricks kids out of their money...The person Sherry Strong here that claims the book works and shows a link that suppose to show her kissing Justin Bieber....Although it is very difficult to see the girl...The girl kissing JB is actually ex-girl friend Salena Gomez at one of his concerts.

It is definitely not a scam.  I bought it and it showed me exactly how to get free backstage passes to meet Justin Beiber.  I bought the book and three days later I had my backstage passes.
