If you are used to hot weather you will be fine.

You can travel extensively in the Himalayan states of Jammu and Kashmir, including Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Darjeeling hills, Sikkim, Assam and the north east.

depends on u June to Aug is mix of Summer and Monsoon if u like it so come temp will around 40 ot 45 c in central and western INDIA bt my advise to come in btwn Sept to Feb thats winter here so u like to travel all place in normal weather ya i think June is bad time .

Summer is monsoon season in a lot of India so you might get very wet and it will be very humid. It's not the best time, no. Winter is better on the whole but you'll still have a good time in summer. India is brilliant.

It will be rainy season in most parts of India from mid June.  If it does not rain, the climate will bne very hot and humid.

It is .llike this , friend, you tend to accummulate a lot of unwanted material in you body during the winter months. You just eat and eat that too heavy stuff and don sweat out much during these months.

If you go on like this for a couple of years without giving a chance to your body to clear all this muck, you can very well imagine what will happen to you and your figure and your image.

So if you go to India in June, you will sweat out a little more in the hot weather, do not try to compensate it with beer, it is a temptation, though. You could take a lot of electrol to prevent dehydration. Your body will be cleansed.

This weather shall prepare it for another bout of heavy dieting anf drinking in the colder months. This is the secret of good health and to keep yourself away from the doctors and the medications.

Try at least in one season, if you dont like the results, go back to your old routine, this world needs a lot of very healthy giants.
