Is There A Better Surf Mag than The Surfer's Journal?

I think it's easily the best surf magazine on the market but I wish it was published more frequently.

Does anybody have any other favorites? Obviously, Surfer and Surfing are also in my magazine holder. Any others?

I absolutly agree and surfers journal is the best. Try hitting e-bay for their back issues. No other magazines capture the essence of surfing as well.

It's all a matter of preference.

Surfer, Transworld, and Surfing have a different audience than Surfer's Journal.  The Surfer's Journal is more for people that are more environmentally conscious, and are willing to travel to find less well known surf.

Longboarder is good too for those interested in Longboarding, and retro surfboards like twinnies, single-fins, and bonzers.  Again, this magazine isn't published as often as the three mainstream ones.

I subscribe to all three mainstream ones, as well as Longboarder.  Surfer's Journal is too expensive for me, and I don't travel enough.
