Is There A Different Way To Add Ringtones And Wallpapers To My Cellphone Without Cellphone Internet???

My mom and I just bought my new cell phone after a long argument over, according to my mom, "cellphone luxuries". shes still with the whole, cellphones are only for emergencies. and i completely understand but it wouldn't hurt to have a nice wallpaper and a nice ring tone. and not those ring tones that come with the phone, I'm talking about having a Maroon 5 song as my ring tone. besides, its not like I'm going to download 1,000's of ring tones. I'm also willing to pay but is there anyway to get ring tones without cellphone internet??? perhaps upload them from my computer??? how would that work???

use a usb cable and just transfer the files...you do that by clicking on the song you want pressing copy and pasting it on the file that says your phone

* make ringtones from mp3 files

* download free sounds and stuff

* if you don't have internet , do this

buy a memory card or install drivers on your pc

Download the ringtone to your computer

Connect your usb data cable to your phone

Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon

Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone's memory

Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive

Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder
