  3. Usually it depends on the radio station's audience and what is being given away.

    Most of the time it's legal consent age which is 18 .... In radio disney's contests, the youngster calls in and may win but the "with parental consent" is because the adult actually is awarded the prize and not the youngster. And it's up to the parent if they want the prize or not.

    But anything involving alcohol though is 21 due to age laws in effect in the US
