Is There Anything Safe I Can Take Along With Exercise And Diet To Speed Up My Metabolism And Repress Hunger?

I've read a lot about Hoodia.....don't know what to believe. I don't want to spend a fortune on somthing that doesn't work. Is there a herb out there that is safe and effective?

  1. The best way to lose weight naturally is with good ole diet and exercise only. If you exercise and eat several small meals a day you will speed up your metabolism naturally (no need for supplements). IT doe this because if your body "knows" a meal is coming soon it will go ahead and get rid of and use the meal you just gave it. Where as if you eat less your body has no clue when it will get fed again so it hangs on to everything as long s possible, therefore slowing down metabolism. Good luck with the weight loss, that's and excellent realistic goal!


  2. 3-4 cups of green tea daily will help.  

  3. you dont have to 'take' stuff just drink water and eat things that expand in your stomach like salad or bread
