Is There Anyway I Can Edit This Pic?

My aunt just sent me some of my baby pics and they are really orange & off color. These pics was taken in 1984 so I know the processing wasn't that good then. Is there anyway I can take some of the orange out of this pic?

This is my favorite pic out of 200 that she sent.

you can use gimp if you don't have photoshop or paintshop pro, open images,adjust color balance, levels, contras and brightness,

also if possibly, if she/ you still have negatives, could try getting re-prints,

Get photoshop and desaturate it.

You shouldn't  of had a orange baby.....geez..you should probably get that checked out, whatever caused you to have a orange kid.
