I am sure that you go to school to become a parasychologist.  Go ask that top answerer if he knows.  I am sure he has an answer.

No US schools offer degrees in parapsychology.  There are very few courses taught in it.

EDIT:  Wait, there's a category on dining out in Bern, but all the worlds religions are lumped into one single category?  That doesn't seem right.

Actually I know a couple of paranormal investigators. I have always had a fascination in the paranormal. I do believe that there are some colleges who offer parapsychology courses too. I didn't know this catagory exsisted or I would have visited.

There are a few people that hold doctoral degrees in parapsychology. What comes after your name is Ph.D.

Most people working in the field of parapsychology have doctoral degrees in conventional sciences (medicine, physics, engineering, psychology, etc.).

I have included a link to the professional organization for Parapsychology (The Parapsychological Association) below.

There are a few schools outside of the U.S. that offer parapsychology degrees. However, most people just write their Masters thesis or Doctoral dissertation on a parapsychology subject. Carl Jung did his dissertation on the psychological study of a trance medium.
