is there a way i can have a pre paid paypal account for ebay i am only 17 so i cant get a credit card i have other people that can get me pre paid stuff just not a regular credit or debit card

You can link paypal to your bank account and have it pull money from you checking, then you won't need a debit card. Also some malls sell prepaid gift cards that work just like a credit/debit card. You could link paypal until you are old enough to get a real debit card.
