Is There A Doctor Out There Who Can Tell You Where Your From Straight Away Without You Telling Him, Simply By Doing Some Simple Tests.......

Yes, either a genetic counselor or a geneticist

A "geneticist" specializes in genetics, but even if one analyzed your DNA, we are not familiar enough with the code to be able to tell where a person came from.  The best the doctor could do would be to look for certain genetic traits or diseases which sometimes show up in one nationality or another and see if you have the DNA fingerprint for that mutation (even if you didn't have the disease, or whatever, because it might be recessive.)  Even then, all that could say is that you MAY have had an ancestor of that specific heritage.  This couldn't tell you when or where on Earth they grew up.
