Yes, but they don't work well.  I strongly suggest a topical on the animal(s), a premises spray (as with a small garden sprayer) with an insecticide like permethrin or pyrethrin for quick knockdown and an IGR for long term control.  Follow with IGR only every 6 months or so (depending on the IGR).

Yes. There are a lot to choose from. Go to your local grocery or WalMart or Target or what have you. You may have to do several of them according to the size of your house and the how bad the infestation is. Be sure to follow the warnings and directions because the chemicals are pretty nasty.
