No condenser microphone can produce an output signal without the use of a polarizing voltage. I presume that this is what you are referring to as phantom power. Condenser mics are the most faithful sound pickup devices as they have tiny mass and little resonances.

not in condensers but you can use other types like peizo mics or dynamic microphones

They don't need any power
