Is There something that will allow me to use my computer with a TV instead of a monitor?

I'm looking for something that goes from the computer via USB or something and plugs into the TV with the red, yellow and white A/V...things, so that I could watch videos on the computer on my TV and etc. If you know of something like this, or something that may be useful please leave a link. Preferably Amazon. Thank you.

What are you looking for is known as "scan converters", provided that your existing video card doesn't offer "video out". AverMedia makes a bunch of them.

On the other hand, TV's resolution is lower than 640x480, and you'll be having a hard time reading ANY text off of a TV screen. Even videos will likely look lousy.

yes u can get a graphics card with a DVI (tv) output. it might look a little like the mouse port but it isnt. be sure 2 get the right bus type graphics card.
