Question:

Is This A Good System? Recommendation?

I was thinking of the new .9 series Infinity Kappa Comps in the front and using my Rockford Fosgate P400-4 with those on the front two channels and bridging the back two to a JL 10W3v3-2

Would that be a pretty good system, and would those back two channels (rated for 276 watts bridged) be enough for that sub? Thanks

  1. it should sound ok.

why bridge the back to if you are using a two chanel amp??

the amp will cope better if you have one per channel. you normally only bride an amp if the sub is higer capacity or you only have one.

  2. should be fine as long as you are in a min. of a 4 ohm load bridged, and I would also recommend using a ported enclosure with this setup , go to www.audioenhancers.com , they have a line of enclosures built specifically for the JL audio line.
