Question:

Is This Considered Assault??

I have a friend from school who told me that her manager attacked her at work one night when she was closing with only one other worker. She said that she was behind the oven and her manager came in drunk on his day off and threw her against the brick wall, pressed his entire body against her so she couldn't move, and started slobbering all over her neck, and she could feel his "thing" stiff against her. She said she froze and didn't know what to do so she let it go since the other employee working that night came back from a delivery and he had to stop. She seemed really upset talking about it though and when I asked if she told her mom she said that her mom told her that since he didn't "finish" the job it didn't matter. Is this still considered sexual assault or is this really just nothing??

  1. Absolutely it's a sexual assault. Your friend needs to report it to the police to stop him from assaulting not only her, but possibly other employees.

  2. Yes this is considered assault. She should report it to the police immediately as the next time she may not be lucky to escape.

  3. wow..... what a stupid question. thats like asking

" is it considered child abuse to throw them against a brick wall "

    ANYbody would know that...

  4. Yes! At the very least, it is simple assault. From what you've described, it could be considered an attempted rape. There should be an anonymous tip line for the company that she, or you, can call. I pray that she is getting better because no one should have to go thorugh that.

  5. Not only is it assault and a crime, it's also sexual harrassment and she should be going to the police and filing charges and to the man's supervisor and reporting this!  She should not have to work for this man or ever see his face again.

  6. I would say it was Assault with Attempt to Commit Rape.  Certainly she should report it to the police and file.  She should also quit her job but not before contacting the home office of the establishment if there is one.  They may offer her some compensation and she should demand it.

  7. I think is considered assault, what would of happened if her co-worker would of not showed up in time, he could of gone further, I think she should report him and quit her job. is she underage? he could be charged with sexual abuse of a minor..this man can do this again with some other girl, so she should report him.
