I Dont Have Breakfast All The Time...Same With Dinner Just Tea....Is That Enough?

  3. food amount: a large healthy break fast. it will start the day with a metabolizing fat burning kick for the ultimate weight loss! try toast w/ preserves, milk, eggs, and orange!!

    brunch: half a sandwich

    lunch: other half

    linner: small amount of pasta

    dinner: lean cuisine meal

    eat 5-6 meals a day. ones that are healthy and small help u lose weight and burn fat!!

    For Breakfast try- Dannon non-fat yogurt, only 80 calorries, then put some fuit on the side.

    For Lunch-Have  A NICE BIG SANDWHICH AND A CHEESTSTICK AND A WATERBOTTLE.

    for dinner-have a big meal-Whatever mom cooks or if ur older have:

    Pasta and sauce and chicken, Frozen meals, Anything...YOu may wanna try having lean cuisine...Tryhmm..idk...try tortillas,,

    Refried beans-no-fat and whole wheat tortilla.
