I have 36 mil to spend on players and have prospects to trade, but i don't want to go under 30 mil

Very good Rotation, Your bullpen probably needs one more good middle reliever, so I give your pitching a 6. Your hitting is very good and I give it a 9. I noticed you have a lot of players from the Blue Jays. It is a big risk to have a lot of players from the same team.
