Question:

Is This Normal Field Of Vision?

Basically I did a test online several times and passed it, but I wasn't missing my normal blindspot on my right eye.

I suffer with anxiety and I am always testing my vision (i cant help it).

I stand there in a straight line and put objects inline with the sides of my eye, move them out slighlty. Whilst staring in a straight line i move the objects about and I can see them.

I just get very nervous about my vision and have considered going to ER today because for the past 3 days I have had pain in the sides of my head and my eyes. The pain comes and goes. Its sort of like a pain that can go from my temples to behind my ear and round to the back of my head on both sides.

I was tested for gluacoma because I have 'normal' optic disk cupping. Thats why I get so paranoid.

Would love some kind words of support and comfort.

  1. You headache sounds like a tension headache.  Massage your neck and use a heating pad on you neck and try to limit eye strain, like watching tv and using the computer all day.  Looking at your avatar you look young.  Saying that you do know that gluacoma "normally" occurs in the old?  I think you just need to take some deep breaths and relax, maybe looking into some yoga breathing techniques for anxiety that can help you stay calm and not anxious alot.  Good Luck.
