Is This Normal for Punching

When I punch hard with my right hand when my elbow straightens completely my hand gets the richochet and moves out of the spot where I aimed the punch.

is that normal or what's the deal.

  1. that sounds weird, but i think i no wat your doing wrong i think Sixtus is on the right track to turn over the shoulder as you throw your right and twist the wrist so your sockets roll correctly.and don't quite fully extend your arms so then your arm won't just jilt at the end of your punch. this will also shorten your punch making it faster and gives you some follow through on impact this is what they mean when they say punch through your target if this doesn't work then get it looked at .good look


  2. I know what you are saying. Leanr to turn your fist and shoulder as you punch. That way it all should line up as your arm becomes fully extended
