Haven't used it myself but they charge money for contacts.  There must be zillions of penpal sites to try that don't take your money.  They say they've 'been on tv'.......whoopee!  I didn't look too far into them (btw your link is invalid - just delete the stuff after .com and you'll get there) but I didn't get the feeling that they'd be much chop.
