Is This Pokemon Shiny?

I Was Playing Pokemon Emerald In The Battle Frontier. I caught a Level 50 Smeargle In Artisan Cave. The Only Move It Knows Is Psychic, And It Won't Learn Anything Else. Is This Shiny? And Is There Anything I Can Do With It?

Smeargle is unique. It learns a move called sketch which copies a move and put's it into it's own moveset. You can tell if smeagle is shiny two ways: If it has a shimmer when sent out of the pokeball and checking it's card to see if it has a star in the upper right hand corner of the picture.

It probably knows physic because it used sketch on you after you used physic to catch it, at 60 it will learn sketch again and can copy a different move, or you can go to the move tutor to get it to re-learn sketch now.

Well... Thats Very wierd, Its Certainly No Shiny Pokemon. Its only shiny when its a different Color. Maybe there was a glitch that happened when you caught it. Its Probly useless...

A smeargle that learn psychic is not shiny pokemon.

And how can smeargle learn psychic?

It can only learn sketch.

so smeargle is not a shiny pokemon.

and, if you played gold, silver, and crystal, there is a red gyarados.

that is a shiny pokemon; a pokemon that is different in color.

they are rare and valuable and people like shiny pokemon and will put good pokemon for trades.

i think you have to level it 10 more levels so it will learn sketch and can learn any move
