Is This Television Any Good For My Xbox 360?

i know its not the best tv but here it goes. i got a Xbox 360 for my birthday and don'y have the money for one of those expensive hd televisions. my neighbor was going to sell me an older tv. it is a 1979 quasar console television. i know its old but they where going to sell it to me for $50 dollars. the picture tube was replaced in it in 1990. would my Xbox 360 look good on it.

It's not going to look nearly as nice as it would on a HDTV because SDTV run at 720x480 which is extremely low compared to the 1920x1080 resolution HDTVs run at.

A lower resolution leads to images being less detailed and crisp as it would be at a higher resolution.

LOL.....hahaha..... are you seriously considering that?  You're a gamer right?  So am I.

Save up $400 and buy a 26 or 32 inch LCD.
