It sounds foreign if you pronounce it (Nee-ko-lee-nuh). If it's pronounced any other way or you are an American with no noticeable heritage then it doesn't sound good.

The name Nikolina is okay, maybe try Nicollette or Nikollette.

I think Ashley Marie is a nice name.

I'd definitely stick with Nikolina.  It refers to family heritage, and Ashley is just WAY to common imo.
