What are 16MP?? And is the camera good or not and why??

I'd say it probably is bad. My guess is it was imported from China, a generic, no-name brand that probably cost ten dollars in sweat shops to make. Seriously though, it will probably break very quickly and just doesn't seem like it is worth it at all
