Is This a good story so far? this is just a part i made?

Alexander was walking to the castle when he noticed the guards with a strange man. alexander walked over to the man and asked who he was."I am WIlliam and i have come to kill you", said the man.Alexander was scared and ran to the castle he ran to the king.The king said that the man was only joking and that Alexander needs to forget about it. Alexander rode to the forest in search of the strange man they told him they locked him up way back in a shed by the river in the forest. Alex came across a wild Bear Man. "Who may i ask are you?" said alex. "I am Edward and i have come to help you on your quest".

idk i kno stupid but i was just tryin to make a story this wont be the begining but just a part of it what do you think?

hmmm I hope  it isnt written like that. "Alexander this and Alexander that"..and I hope there more details...maybe instead of a part of the story you should give us a summary.

this is what I mean by more details:::

Alexander walked to the entrance of the castle.There a man stood strangely clothed. He walked closer to the man and  asked "who are you?"

"I am WIlliam and i have come to kill you", the man gave a sly smirk and shifted his head towards the door. "Still want to enter?"  the man eyes glowed with fire.Alexander body went numb with fear. They stared each other down for only a moment until the castle huge doors rapidly flew open. It was in that brief second that the man eyes glanced towards the door, and Alexander decided to make a run for it. Into the castle past countless statues the king sat on his throne. There, Alexander entered with his heart still beating with fear.

"Worry not my child"

the king stood and the quiet room somehow managed to increase in silence. My friend outside was only joking, take no  caution towards him. He means well"
