Is Toluca Lake a gated community?

I heard theres a really good resteraunt called Patys Diner in Toluca Lake.

Do you have to live in Toluca Lake to go to it, or can anyone just get in?

nope, i know this for a fact because my neigbors aunt lives there and has been robbed several times : / be careful!!

Toluca Lake is the name of a city just north of Universal Studios, between Universal City and North Hollywood.  It is like most cities...open access, come and go as you please.  There are no gates or fences separating Toluca Lake from neighboring areas.  Dine away!
