No it isn't a scam but make sure you keep the URL saying trialpay in it somewhere until you check out I had to do it twice because i accidentally added too many years of subscription in my cart at first and had to update it before checkout and that made the trialpay thing in the link disappear the second time I made sure that I only put one year subscription in so I wouldn't have to update my cart and the link to the product came right away. BTW it only cost me $1.19 for my qualifying purchase because they're having a sale on the .info domains at godaddy.
