and how about the book The Host? They're both by Stephanie Meyers

Any good books for a teenage guy? I like Will Hobbs books and historical books usually about wars and stuff...

  1. Twilight is yes a love story but I know a lot of guys how love it. It is also an action story girls are hooked mostly on Edward Cullen not per-say the book its self give it a try!

  2. Yeah, girls mostly read twilight, because it's a love story and it's romantic. I haven't read the host, it might be good. I would suggest reading books about different wars.

  3. The majority of people who read Twilight are, in fact, female. From what it sounds like, you wouldn't enjoy it too much. It is a romance, after all. The Host would be a better book for you if you want to read Miss Stephenie's books. There isn't as much romance (although there is quite a bit). I would suggest Eoin Colfer's books and Scott Westerfeld's books. Very good books for both girls and guys. Peeps by Scott Westerfeld and Supernaturalist by Eoin Colfer sound particularly good for you.

  4. Um, sort of. A lot of people like them because of Edward Cullen. But I mean, you may like them. It really depends if you like mushy vampire-human romances.

You'd probably like Eragon by Christopher Paolini. Harry Potter is really good. Immortal by Traci L. Slatton, maybe. I liked the Midnighters trilogy by Scott Westerfeld a lot, and after that you may want to read the Uglies series. The Redwall series is around middle-school level... you might like those, though I've never read them, a lot of guys my age have. Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer and its sequals are really, really good. And maybe even The Chronicles of Narnia.

    Hope I helped.
