I need to build an ontology for figure skating and I can't work out which Twist Jump belongs to. Some says it is a jump, some says it is a lift but it looks like a throw in the air to me.Please help! Thank you!!

  1. Do you possibly mean Twist Lift and Throw Jump?

A twist lift is where the man throws the lady (up) for a jump, she twists, then he catches her at the the waist as she comes down to place her on the ice.

A throw jump is where the man throws a lady to do a jump (up and away from him) and she lands on her own.

  2. Lifts are usually involved with pair skating, specially lift throws.
