Is UC Irvine the only UC that requires freshmen applicants to take a Math SAT Subject Test?

Can you still qualify for UC Irvine if you do not have a Math SAT Subject test?

they prefer math level 2C

The UC system does not take the Math Lvl 1 subject test,

UCR requires math lvl 2

but for all other UC's you need any 2 subject tests (math lvl 1 is not qualified as one)

ps: a friend of mine applied to uci without taking the math lvl 2 and got in
