Well, no country is good in one subject!!! However, you can search online and contact different universities via emails or phones and ask them what you are looking for. I myself was a student of one of the UK university and my this University was good in 'Leather Technology', so each university has got their speciality. Make sure you plan ahead and do lot of research. Dont listen to the universities or their management, listen to any independent body. Thanks
