Is US Embassy, Manila, disapproving fiance visa? what is the max. days/wks. for the delivery of the visa?

I've submitted add'l docs. on d 11th of aug. I was interviewed on d 5th

The US Embassy in Manila is swamped with applicants for fiance visas, and the majority are deemed marriage fraud since Philippines, Russia, Thailand, etc. are notorious hotbeds of marriage fraud.  Philippines has been notorious for marriage fraud for decades!  There is no "time limit" for making a determination on a fiance visa.  They could review your additional documents and ask for more.

You will get your visa anytime once you submitted the required documents and the Embassy has already done the DV (Documents Verification).You will get a text message from Delbros ( the courier used by the Embassy) when your visa is ready for delivery.
