It's not real serious pain, but it mostly hurts when I wake up in the morning.

  1. Naproxen is known to help. Ask your doctor about it. Also, try considering sleeping in another position or purchasing an orthopedic pad for your bed. If you have a history of doing exercises such as squats or lifting at your job, knee problems could be a factor in the pain. Make sure you're tackling the right cause first.

  2. Ultram is a truly horrible drug in all aspects. you are better off taking real opiates. Type in Ultram sucks on Google and read my friend. and read some of my other answrs, not going through the horrors of this crappy drug again.

  3. I have alot of back pain. If it is muscular, i use icy hot, or bengay, that stuff is GREAT! if it is bone/joint pain, I use Advil or even Nyquil to help me rest. Try those, and GL!!!!

  4. It depends, I have a serious back condition, and I have to take muscle relaxers, Ultram, and Percocet. If the pain is really bad, I take Ultram, but if I just cannot take it anymore...like crying really bad pains, that is when I take the Percocet.

I would not hurt for you to check with a doctor.

    Good luck

  5. It really depends.  You need to find out what is causing the pain.  If it is arthritis, tylenol might work, if it is muscle pain you might need and NSAID or muscle relaxant.  If it is a disc problem you might need physical therapy

Ultram is a prescription drug that is similar to opiates like hydrocodone or codeine.  Use it only as the doctor tells you and don't take it at times you need to be alert
