UN seems to be a no-action-talk-only organization. People at the UN love to talk and talk only. But it ain't accomplishing nothing.

  1. Nope, but soon NATO will be under U.N. control.

  2. The United Nations is not a NATO organization. Only the UN Security Council has any power to pass binding resolutions -- and any permanent member of the council (the USA, Russia, China, France or the UK), can veto any resolution, even one that everyone else supports.

The UN General Assembly is just a discussion forum for all member nations, which is almost all of the nations on Earth.

There's also various UN agencies that act largely independently from each other, and only by permission of their host country (UNESCO, UNDP, UNEP, UNICEF, UNIFEM, WHO, WFP, etc.). They have many, many successes under their belt.

The majority of people do not want to the UN to be any more than a discussion forum, particularly people in the USA, so, that's why the UN talks more than "acting" -- action is still left up to individual countries.

  3. UN is not NATO (no-action-talk-only organization). History will tell you that it has accomplished a lot for the betterment of the world. Of course, UN cannot act as fast as we want it to be because it has to consider first many factors before it can do so. Let's give UN a chance because it's doing the best it could to help and solve many of the problems that some countries have created.

  4. No, the United Nations and The North Atlantic Treaty Organization are two separate organizations.

  5. Their main goal is to establish the NWO.

    My 2 cents.

  6. the united nations is an organization for if a war happens the countries that joined the united nations will join sides with the countries in NATO, the NATO will ONLY take action if there is a war.

  7. The UN exists to give the illusion that the governments of the world actually give a shіt while sticking their heads in the sand, and NATO was (originally) formed with security in mind.  They are fundamentally two different constructs.
