  1. maybe its karma, its what rodriguez gets for throwing that game against pitt last year. he put pat white on the bench for an injury to his "non-throwing" hand.

  2. underrated

  3. Michigan is not good THIS season. utah is okay but michigan's defense was horrendous in the first half.  michigan's qbs are not comfortable and really aren't meant to use the spread.  i dont know why michigan was using mcguffie so much at rb instead of brown/minor.  i think michigan will be very good in the future but this year and probably next year will not be good 7-5 at best.

  4. Both, but Michigan's having a rebuilding year.

  5. Utes....somewhat underrated.....Big Blue has Little QB help.....the defense gave them the oppurtunity in the 2nd half...the offense sucks.

  6. both michgean has a rebuliding this year so what to next year

  7. No, I personally think Michigan just doesn't have the players they had for the past 3 seasons or so. And with a new style of playing, the entire teams in a whirlwind! I don't think I've EVER seen Michigan's defense play so poorly in all my 25 years of watching football. Plus the offense, with two new QB's aren't pulling it off. True it's just the beginning of the season but that team needs to step it up a notch or they'll be lucky to win 5 games. For me though I LOVE it cause I HATE Michigan!!!!

  8. michigan is not good anymore

  9. Both. Utah turned it around under Urban Meyer and has been tough since. They're not on TV as much in major markets and as such they are underrated.

Michigan recruits well - it will take a year or two for Rodriquez to get the talent he needs - different type of athletes - to run the spread. Michigan will benefit long run from this change - even more outsdie the conference than in it.  They saw the writing on the wall when they continually see SEC teams annihilating Big Ten teams in the post-season. They know they need to change. They're heading in a productive direction with their choices.

  10. its a lil bit of both, ive always thought Utah was underrated ... and i apreciate the win ... im a Buckeye!

  11. I'm a Buckeye fan, but you do have to give Rodriguez some time these aren't his recruits yet, and I also think Utah is better than they get credit for, Urban Meyer was there before Florida and after BGSU and did a great job with that program.

snicker, grown ups are talking go somewere else.

  12. at least they didn't lose to Apalacian ST. Or the eastern ohio school for blind girls!

    bwahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahha

    little 10 sucks!

  13. Utah isn't as bad as their program has historically been and michigan is nowhere near as good this year as they usually have been because of they aren't used to a spread offense. They will have a rough year adapting and the fans will be quite upset. The coach has already been off to a rough start and it will get worse. Don't look for them to keep him more than 3 years, if that.

  14. Utah is vastly underrated, but reality is that Michigan is having a rebuilding year. Fans calling for Michigan to sweep the Big 10 saw today that it's not going to be that easy with a rebuilding year, and that Michigan is not the 2007 West Virginia team. Granted, Michigan isn't going to do a Minnesota or Notre Dame type collapse, but all along I've been predicting a close loss to Utah, a close win over Wisconsin, a close loss to Illinois, and blowout losses to Penn State and Ohio State. That's 9-4 and a trip to the Outback Bowl. People are both being too hard on Michigan and underrating Utah.

Based on their performance against Coastal Carolina, other than the time where the Chanticleers caught their defense sleeping, Penn State looked solid. Speaking of sleeping, PSU is a sleeper team who I think will go 10-2, lose to Wisconsin and Iowa on the road (they've never been great on the road), upset Ohio State, and go on to a BCS bowl, possibly the Rose Bowl. Ohio State, however, is going to have some problems, especially since Beanie Wells isn't going to be as healthy as last year, and teams like PSU can stop him now.

Now Utah, I predict they'll win the MWC and go to the Fiesta Bowl, with a slight possibility of facing Penn State head to head.
