It has the highest crime rate in the world. But only 800 people actually live there. So any crime put the crime rate way up.

it could be. but then there are those that don't agree with the vatican and want to downthorugh it. but they do have ALOT of securtity. and i mean ALOT. we watched a video of it in catholic faith.
