  1. The blood type theory is a bunch of worthless hocus pocus.

Changing diet to fit your blood type is like changing it due to your Zodiac sign.

If you want to be a healthy vegetarian, you need to start looking to science and not superstition posing as science.

If you have any doubts in the potential of a vegan diet, let go of them now.

  2. I take it that your talking about type A blood type.  That was something that was popular several years ago and was debunked not too long after it became popular.  I have seen people writing about it again online - - - so I am guessing that it is making a comeback of sorts.

If your worried about it - talk to your doctor about it.  I am sure that they can explain all to you.  If they can't - get a referral to a good dietitian/nutritionist that is familiar with the vegetarian/vegan diet to help you setup a good diet for you that meets your needs and personal tastes.

  3. The blood type diet is total BS/junk science.  There is no good peer-reviewed research to back up those theories.  Evolutionary biologists will tell you that if D'Adamo's theories were correct, the human race would have died out millenia ago.  If you've been happy and healthy as a vegetarian, there is no reason you can't be happy and healthy as a vegan, regardless of your blood type.
