    I like it on toast for breakkie but you only need a tiny smear of it, too much and it tastes disqusting.

  7. Oh my yes indeedy it is popular here - 'it puts a rose in every cheek!'

    But if you like Vegemite and are allergic (like me), we also sell Marmite and Promite. Similar in taste, although I tend to think Promite has an after taste of celery :p

  9. It's a staple for little kids growing up in Australia.  I ate it as a kid, but not now (as an adult).  Some Australians suffer serious withdrawals when overseas if they ca'nt get their hands on a jar of vegemite.

    Our "National Anthem" has a Vegemite version!!
