Is Verizon offering VOIP?

Question

I saw commercial for VZ triple pack - phone, TV and internet. Do they offer VOIP ( we have FIOS available in our community) ?

yes....Verizons VoIP  is the best!!! yes you are lucky to have the Fios in your area....!

In the VoIP segment, its services are marketed under the brand name of VoiceWing. It comes with various phone-based and web-based features like caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, fax facility, address book, call logs, incoming call block, scheduled call back, visual voice mail and more. It has got tailor-made solutions for residential purposes, small & medium sized businesses and large businesses.

Verizon offers just about everything but the kitchen sink in bundled packages:

wireless, TV, Phone, DSL Internet, FIOS

VoIP is a separate service offering under the Verizon brand "VoiceWing".

Just remember, all home phone replacement VoIP services provide mostly the same bells and whistles - it comes with the technology.  It mainly comes down to price.

While Verizon is probably a very good service, it isn't the lowest cost (relatively speaking).

Also note, most of their attractive advertised prices require long term binding contracts. (read the fine print)

In the end it comes down to what you want, and how much you are willing to pay.

When it comes to VoIP, I'm sure Verizon is good, but there are also other good options out there, too. (some don't require any contracts or charge hidden fees).
